Refund Policy
Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. We only offer refunds or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
If more than 14 days have passed since your receipt of the item(s), we regret to inform you that we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your request to hello@the-outsiders-journey.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. Only items that are defective or damaged and returned within the 14-day period will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return of a defective or damaged item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund for the defective or damaged item has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund for a defective or damaged item, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at hello@the-outsiders-journey.com.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be refunded if they are defective or damaged. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at hello@the-outsiders-journey.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a defective or damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
